Processing Times
DUE TO COVID-19, there is a 7-14 business day processing time and 1-3 day shipping time on all hair orders. Product orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship out. (Shipping times & Processing times are not the same)
Custom wig orders take between 21-28 business days to complete, which can vary depending on the volume of orders. During sales, please expect turnaround times to be extended up to 21 business days.
Ready to ship units have a shipping time if 2-3 business days.

Wigz By BellaLyn is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you fail to send in your correct head measurement size. Please refer to the sizing charts found under “Raw Wig Collection”.

Wig Care
  • Reduce the amount of shedding and wear & tear on your unit by REMOVING it every night if not installed. 
  • Co-wash your unit every week, shampoo your unit AS NEEDED (heavy product or oil build-up)
  • Always brush your unit, starting from the TIPS and working your way up to the root to reduce shedding, tangling and popped thread. 
  • Lace shedding is normal , at WigzByBellaLyn we do offer closure and frontal replacement.
