What qualifies as a BELLA purchase?

A paid order with at least $300 in eligible merchandise after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Purchases funded by existing store credit do not count toward the $300 qualifying amount. Canceled or refunded orders may not qualify.

How do I track my progress?

Sign in to your BellaLyn account to see your earned BELLA letters here and in your cart drawer. Each qualifying order adds one letter.

How will I receive my $150?

Once you complete all five letters, $150 in store credit is added to your eligible customer account after the qualifying purchase is verified. Sign in with that same account to use your balance at checkout.

Can I use my credit with other offers?

Store credit is a payment method, so it can generally be applied to eligible checkout purchases, including items with an available offer. Individual promotions may have their own restrictions.

Do my previous purchases count?

Yes. We're recognizing eligible historical purchases as part of our BELLA Rewards launch. Qualifying orders are reviewed before historical credit and progress are applied to your account.

What happens if I return an order?

Returns and cancellations can affect whether an order qualifies for a BELLA letter. Refunds for purchases made with store credit are handled according to the applicable refund policy and original payment methods.
