      1. What types of wigs are available?

      We offer a variety of wigs, including:

      • 5x5/6x6 Lace Closure Wigz: Made from real human hair, these wigs offer a natural look and can be styled just like your own hair.
      • 9x6 Lace Closure Wigz: Feature a sheer lace front that creates a natural hairline that spans 9" across the hairline and 6" of parting space.

       

      2. How do I choose the right wig?

      Consider the following factors:

      • Face Shape: Different styles complement different face shapes.
      • Lifestyle: Choose a wig/texture that fits your daily activities and maintenance preferences. (For example: Our Deep wavy or Curly textures are perfect for naturalistas on the go).
      • Color and Texture: Select shades and textures that match your natural hair or desired look.

       

      3. What is the average lifespan of a wig?

      • Affordable/Premium Virgin Wigz: Typically last 1-2+ years with proper maintenance and wear.
      • Raw Hair Wigz: Typically last 3+ years with proper maintenance and wear.

       

      Care and Maintenance

      4. How do I care for my wig?

      • Washing: We recommend using Nexxus Therappe Shampoo and conditioner on ALL of our textures. For curly hair, please follow up with our Curl Puddin' for added moisture and definition.
      • Styling: Avoid consistent usage of heat over 400 degrees on ALL wigz. For heatless curls, we recommend Flexi-Rods or Heatless rollers.
      • Storage: Store on a wig stand or in a box to maintain shape.
      • We also offer a "Wig Maintenance" service. 

       

      5. Can I dye my wig?

      • Affordable/Premium Wigz: Yes. This collection can be dyed, please consult with a beauty professional prior to coloring the hair/wigz.
      • Raw Hair Wigz: Yes, this collection can be dyed, but use a professional to achieve the best results.

      Fitting and Wearing

      6. How do I measure my head for a wig?

      Use a soft measuring tape to measure:

      • Circumference: Around the head above the ears and just above the nape. (Size Guide: 21": Small, 22": Medium, 23": Large)
      • Front to Nape: From the hairline at the front to the nape of the neck.
      • Temple to Temple: Around the widest part of your head from temple to temple.
